Interspecies Communication and Translation: Why We Need to Talk to Animals.

Michael Cronin holds a Personal Chair in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Dublin City University, Ireland. He is the author of a dozen influential books in Translation Studies, including Translation and Identity and Translation and Globalization,  and the forthcoming Translation and Ecology.  He is one of the most innovative and exciting thinkers on questions of language, migration and pluralism in Europe today.
